5. Congo River Golf
Miniture golf is great for family time or for a fun, romantic date night. On Fridays and Saturdays, the golf course is open from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. All other nights, the course closes at 11 p.m. Tickets are very reasonable at just $12.99 for adults and $10.99 for children under 10 but older than five. For children four and younger, admission is free. This cool golf course is jungle themed, so you will enjoy the landscaping and decorations, as they really add to the feel of the experience.

3. Lake Lotus Nature Park
Lake Lotus is home to a nature reserve in the western part of Altamonte Springs, Florida. The park is closed from Monday to Wednesday, but on the days that it is open, it is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. At the park, you will find 120 acres of woods and wetlands that you may wish to explore. There is a playground for the kids, and grills for a nice barbeque setting. The mile-long boardwalk will take you up to the lake, where you will have great views. Take a little trip of Altamonte Springs from the clouds. With Florida Seaplanes, you will take an aerial tour of the area where you can get spectacular images of the scenery.
