Anaheim is a well-known city that is located on the outskirts of Los Angeles; this area rests in the Southern part of California. 8. Downtown Disney
Head to Downtown Disney after a fun filled day at the parks; it is here that you may unwind and relax all while having even more fun than you could ever imagine. It is one of the best places to visit in Anaheim. At nighttime it is nothing but entertainment that is high energy such as the five star delicious restaurants that are there like Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen or the House of Blues. You can hang out at the ESPN Zone and watch all of the games that are going on at the same time and drink or even go shopping in all of the Disney souvenir shops that there are to choose from.
7. Angel Stadium of Anaheim
This is one of the best baseball stadiums out there; it is so popular and always overflowing with life when it is open and there is a game going on. No matter where you sit at in the stadium you will always have an excellent view of everything and all of the food is very delicious. Parking never seems to be an issue and the area in which it is located is a rather safe area to be in comparison to the other surrounding areas. Have a great time while watching a great game.
6. Anaheim Convention Center
At the Anaheim Convention Center you can always be entertained and busy with one of the several conventions that are always going on or one of the other events that there always are. The location of the convention center is very inspiring to all of those who come to visit and at nighttime all of the surrounding businesses and restaurants come to life with bright lights, wonderful music and joyous sounds. Here you are also very close to Disneyland so you can always go there if you want too as well.
5. Honda Center
Within the Honda Center you can go shopping, eat some food and have all kinds of fun; of course depending on what is going on you are there. At times there are sports games going on such as the Anaheim Ducks hockey team playing and at other times there are concerts going on like the Foo Fighters not too long ago. Inside of the gift shop you can purchase souvenirs of all kinds; t-shirts, key chains, postcards, jewelry, backpacks, hats, and so much more.
4. Yorba Regional Park
Yorba Regional Park is all about getting outside and enjoying life, the fresh air, the clouds and the wildlife and beauty of it all the surrounds us on a daily basis in which we tend to take for granted from time to time. It is a very nice park that has a lake as well as sidewalks for walkers and bike walkers. There is a lot to do here you can rent paddle boats for the lake, bikes and more. Some paths don’t go far while others are long distance and even connect to the Santa Ana River trails for bikes.
3. Anaheim Packing District
At the Anaheim Packing District anyone and everyone can be satisfied when it comes to their hunger because there is an endless amount of choices to choose from of the food variety. There are hundreds and hundreds of vendors/booths each of which are unique and something different like, BBQ, sushi, grilled cheese, chicken, popsicles, crepes and more. There is also a wide range of decorations to look at and enjoy. You can easily find yourself wanting to spend the whole day there trying everything and looking at all of it.
2. Adventure City
Adventure City is one of the best places that you can take your little kids to; the ages of six and under are the best to take there. There is a lot for them to do there such as rides and games and it never seems to be crowded at any time. You can walk around the whole park and not feel tired after doing so; the food is great, and even better yet the parking is always free! And before you head out to go home you can go through the souvenir shops and find all kinds of really cool gifts to bring home to keep the fun going and to remind you of your memories.
1. Anaheim Farmer’s Market
The Anaheim Farmer’s Market is a must go to farmer’s market because of all that it has to offer such as the long list of great and delicious food that there is to choose from as wells as the hundreds and hundreds of vendors that there are on a monthly basis. You can find pretty much everything for sale under the roof here and most of it is rather reasonably priced. Have a nice eating some slow cooked food while walking up and down aisles of great trinkets, history and art for the ages.
Going to Anaheim is all about having fun, experiencing new things and learning a vast amount of wonderful and enriching knowledge. There are so many things to do in Anaheim that it can be hard to decide on where to get started but be sure to do as much as can because after all you only live once and you might as well make the most out of it when you can!
